Boa-Aerocon Sports Cars

The Fusion of Automotive Design and Aerospace Technology

The Boa by Aerocon is a lively and exciting new idea in automobile design and construction. It owes its spirited performance to aerospace technology: high-strength aluminum alloys are used throughout with steel used only in the roll cage. So the curb weight of the car is only 1800 pounds.

Lower weight means better gas mileage (better than 30 mpg on the highway) and greater agility- 0 to 60 in 8.5 seconds. And your tires and suspension last longer, too. For greater strength and lightness, the Boa uses the efficient monocoque structure: the fiberglas body is integral with the chassis. It is aerodynamically designed in all airflow dimensions to keep the car stable at all speeds in all wind conditions. The engine is placed mid-body for optimum weight distribution.

And the look of the Boa proves once again that simple functional design is the essence of beauty. The Boa gives you an unusual driving experience. The comfortable interior does not isolate you; it integrates you with the environment giving you quick and clear dashboard information and an uncluttered view of the road.
