Mark Welte called and said his wife Mabel was showing her jewelry in a booth at the OktoberFest in downtown Campbell, so I pedaled into town to meet them.

I was surprised to see Dan Kutler there--he didn't know Mark was going to be there, he was just enjoying the festival.
