I met Tanya, Rosie, Dan, and Carole at the bar in the Radisson hotel in Brisbane to discuss the world situation. They report constant internal political turmoil at their current place of employ. Also, Dan had a big zit on his neck. Dan told us of his new vegan diet in which he can eat only raw plants, and how spledid a diet it is, meanwhile scarfing tuna and rabbit from our meal tray.

We then drove into San Francisco and met at Lulu's, which wasn't the bar we were aiming at but was right across the street. The drinks were too expensive for my taste ($9 for the cheapest shot of whisky) and Carole sent back her $15 glass of Australian wine.

So we moved down the block to Oola's. (When Dan stopped at an ATM along the way, Carole disarmed him.) At Oola's we met a gal with the relationship philosophy that dominates the San Francisco dating culture. I took a picture of Carole and Dan before we left Oola's.

The final stop was Club EZ5..
