I was amazed. Not just by Matt's tales...I was surprised that these kids were obviously having a good time talking to us. The stereotype is of the kids who yawn at everything the adult world has to say, so above all of this stuff, so cool and so into their own incomprehensible (to adults) interests. Instead they were agog. We couldn't get rid of them.
