Bowling was cancelled because a truck rammed into a power pole and cut off electricity to Cambrian Lanes. We decided to go to The King's Head for a drink, but after standing at the bar for twenty minutes and still not being served, despite being the only customers in the joint, we went around the corner to Katie Bloom's Irish Pub in downtown Campbell.

We got a sidewalk table where Rhea could smoke.
